Our Community

Due to our short-term nature, The K-Pop Writers’ Workshop is primarily for writers with existing commitments elsewhere who bring their connections with them to our workshops. And so aside from helping writers improve their craft, our goal is to provide a space for writers of various backgrounds to meet and form new friendships. That is an integral part of the workshop, because we know from experience that writing really is so much better if you have friends to share your interests with.

Joining a K-Pop Writers' Workshop cycle makes you part of this ever-growing community, giving you access to all the connections that we've made, are making, and will make in the future. We may be a short-term program, but the things we leave you with -- the experience, the connections, and the friendships -- are most definitely long-term.
